In my anxiety to post an entry, I wrote crap for the previous one. Who cares about anime anyway? So what if Kira wages a personal innate battle? We all do, and some people come out more scarred than others. That's life.. if one falls and stumbles, bruises and cuts cannot be avoided...
After reading Xiaxue's blog last year, I came across it for the second time today.. and she posted an extremely meaningful entry on religion. The way she condemned blind faith and fanatism was outrageously rude, but the truth hurts anyway.. don't you just hate people who preach on and on about religious teachings, and in the end stretch their skinny hands out for money? I can't help but shudder at the idea of handing the church 10% of my salary; why the hell do people have to pay so much? Surely there are other means of getting donations, and how much does a church need anyway for upkeep.. I'm not sure if they use their money to help brothers in need, but personally I don't think so. Can still remember the time I told Mrs Yap I didn't believe in religion.. I believe religion was created to answer Man's fears and questions at a time when science wasn't as prominent as today... Anyway, it's not anyone's position to comment on such stuff. All I can say is, I'm an aethist, and I'll remain one.
Saw Shuang Han and her sister yesterday at PS.. wonder if we waved at the right one... I wish I had a twin brother.. looking at the twins I've seen so far, it seems great. We can play soccer, form a formidable 1-2 punch, be a twin terror at dotA, slack at school, go home together... Haiz, the endless possibilities..
So many things to wish for.. so many heartbreaks to endure...
3 more days to make it all!
